Novartis has begun construction on a new 46,000 sq. ft radioligand therapy (RLT) manufacturing facility in Denton, Texas, marking a key step in its $23 billion US investment plan. This site will be the fifth RLT manufacturing location in the US, enhancing Novartis' coast-to-coast network and bringing personalized cancer treatments closer to patients in the southern US. Expected to be operational by 2028, the facility will create new jobs and improve supply chain reliability for these advanced therapies. This expansion supports Novartis' leadership in RLT, which targets cancer cells directly, and aligns with its broader goal to manufacture key medicines domestically for better supply resilience.
