Northrop Grumman signs $3B deals to boost missile interceptor production for U.S. and allies.

Northrop Grumman has entered into two multi-year agreements worth over $3 billion with the U.S. Department of War and Lockheed Martin to accelerate production of missile interceptors. The $2 billion deal focuses on increasing output of the PAC-3 MSE solid rocket motors, while the $1 billion agreement aims to quadruple production of THAAD components over seven years. These efforts will enhance the U.S. and allied integrated air and missile defense capabilities amid rising global demand. Northrop Grumman is expanding manufacturing capacity at multiple facilities and investing heavily in technology and infrastructure to meet this surge in production.
