Neurocrine Biosciences announced that their Phase 4 KINECT-PRO study demonstrated that once-daily INGREZZA (valbenazine) significantly improved quality of life, functionality, and movement severity in patients with tardive dyskinesia (TD) over 24 weeks. The study used multiple validated patient-reported outcomes and clinician assessments, showing benefits regardless of psychiatric diagnosis or baseline severity, including patients with mild symptoms. Approximately 58% of patients achieved symptomatic remission. These results highlight INGREZZA's potential to meaningfully improve daily life for TD patients, supporting its use as a treatment option.
