Neurocrine Biosciences announced new analyses from their CAHtalyst studies showing that CRENESSITY (crinecerfont) effectively controls androgen levels and allows for reduced glucocorticoid doses in adults and children with classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH). Presented at ENDO 2026, the data highlight sustained clinical benefits including metabolic and bone health improvements, and better quality of life reported by patients and caregivers. These findings support CRENESSITY as a promising long-term treatment option to improve disease management and reduce steroid-related side effects in CAH patients. Further presentations will detail outcomes in different patient groups and related conditions like Prader-Willi syndrome.
