Neurocrine Biosciences announced two-year Phase 3 data from the CAHtalyst Pediatric study showing that CRENESSITY (crinecerfont) treatment slows bone age progression and improves predicted adult height in children with classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH). Patients with advanced bone age at baseline experienced stabilization or improvement in bone age and an average increase of 4.7 cm in predicted adult height. Caregiver surveys reported high satisfaction and optimism about treatment outcomes. CRENESSITY also enabled reduced glucocorticoid doses, potentially lowering long-term side effects. These findings highlight CRENESSITY's potential to improve growth and quality of life in pediatric CAH patients.
