CRENESSITY enables 70% of CAH patients to maintain safe glucocorticoid doses after 2 years, reducing long-term risks.

New two-year data from Neurocrine Biosciences' Phase 3 CAHtalyst Adult study show that about 70% of adults with classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) treated with CRENESSITY achieved and sustained glucocorticoid doses within the physiologic range. This reduction in glucocorticoid exposure lowers the risk of serious long-term health issues like diabetes, bone loss, and cardiovascular problems, without compromising androgen control. The treatment was well tolerated with no new safety concerns, supporting CRENESSITY as a durable, safer long-term option for managing CAH. Additional data will be shared at upcoming medical meetings.
