Nano Dimension has sold its additively manufactured electronics (AME) and Fabrica product lines to Inspira Technologies for up to $12.5 million, including $2 million upfront and $10.5 million in deferred payments based on future performance. This move aims to reduce the company's annual cash burn by about $10 million, improve liquidity, and simplify operations. The sale aligns with Nano Dimension's strategic review to maximize shareholder value and focus on core priorities. The company will update its 2026 financial guidance during its first quarter earnings call.
