This initiative builds on previous migrations to Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, aiming to create a resilient, cloud-native architecture that enhances automation, reduces manual effort, and accelerates new service delivery. Amdocs will use its AI-driven agentic operating system, aOS, to streamline migration and customization, shortening transformation timelines from months to days. This collaboration supports Lumen's goal of a scalable, AI-ready platform to drive future innovation and improve operational efficiency.
