Loomis has agreed to acquire Hermes Transportes Blindados, a leading Peruvian cash and valuables logistics company, through a public tender offer valued at SEK 4 billion. The acquisition expands Loomis' presence in Latin America, tapping into Peru's growing economy and cash usage. Hermes serves around 1,000 clients and reported revenues of PEN 432 million in 2025. The tender offer is expected to launch in Q2 or Q3 2026, with closing anticipated in Q3, and will be financed entirely by debt. This move supports Loomis' strategic growth and sustainability goals while enhancing its service offerings in the mining and SME sectors.
