New long-term data from Eli Lilly's ADlong Phase 3b study reveal that EBGLYSS (lebrikizumab-lbkz) provides sustained skin improvement and significant itch relief for up to four years in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. About 94% achieved at least 75% skin clearance, 75% reached near-complete clearance, and 78% experienced notable itch reduction, with 80% maintaining results without topical corticosteroids. The treatment, administered monthly, demonstrated a consistent safety profile with mostly mild side effects. These findings support EBGLYSS as a durable, effective option for long-term disease control in eczema, with ongoing studies continuing to evaluate its benefits.
