Leidos Holdings reported a 4% increase in Q1 revenue to $4.4 billion, driven by strong demand in intelligence, energy infrastructure, and air traffic management. Despite an 8% dip in net income to $335 million due to acquisition costs, adjusted earnings per share rose 5% to $3.13. The company secured major new contracts, including a $869 million AI-enabled U.S. Army project, and raised its full-year revenue and earnings guidance. Leidos expects accelerated growth in the second half of 2026, supported by strategic acquisitions and joint ventures.
