Credo Technology announced an agreement to acquire DustPhotonics, a developer of Silicon Photonics Photonic Integrated Circuit technology, for $750 million in cash plus shares. The combined portfolio is expected to generate over $500 million in optical revenue by fiscal 2027. The deal is anticipated to close in Q2 2026 and to be accretive to Credo's adjusted earnings per share in fiscal 2027.
