Joseph Grosso has retired as Chair and Director of Argentina Lithium & Energy Corp. as of April 21, 2026, and was honored with the title Director Emeritus. Grosso played a key role in founding and leading the company, building a strong lithium project portfolio in Argentina's Lithium Triangle, including the Rincon West project. He will continue to support the company as an advisor, while President & CEO Niko Cacos highlighted Grosso's leadership through challenging markets and his ongoing commitment as a major shareholder.
