JM Smucker reported stronger-than-expected Q4 results with net sales of $2.27 billion, a 6% increase year-over-year, driven by a 12% sales rise in its US Retail Coffee segment including Dunkin', Folgers, and Cafe Bustelo. Adjusted EPS of $2.77 beat estimates by 5%, marking a 20% year-over-year improvement. Despite a forecasted 3-4% sales decline in fiscal 2027 due to green coffee deflation, the company expects gross margin expansion and raised its full-year EPS guidance above consensus. JM Smucker also plans to maintain its quarterly dividend and generate $875 million in free cash flow next year.
