Invesco invests in Superstate to boost tokenized investment products and digital asset strategies

Superstate, a fintech firm focused on tokenizing capital markets, secured additional Series B funding from Invesco Private Capital, part of Invesco Ltd. Invesco will also manage Superstate's tokenized fund USTB starting Q2 2026, marking the first use of Superstate's tokenization tech by a major asset manager. This partnership aims to expand digital asset strategies and develop new tokenized investment products, reflecting a shared belief in tokenization as the future of investing.
