Intuit has introduced QuickBooks Workforce, an AI-powered human capital management (HCM) system aimed at small- to medium-sized businesses. This platform integrates multiple workforce management tasks—such as payroll, time tracking, benefits, recruiting, and compliance—into one automated ecosystem, reducing complexity and manual work. It combines AI virtual agents with human HR expertise to streamline operations and improve efficiency. The system will soon be available to existing QuickBooks customers, transitioning current payroll services to this new HCM solution automatically.
