ImPact Biotech presented updated positive data from its Phase 1 trial for Padeliporfin VTP in locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (LA-PDAC) and Phase 3 ENLIGHTED trial in low-grade upper tract urothelial carcinoma (LG-UTUC) at ASCO 2026. In the Phase 1 LA-PDAC trial, 71% of patients became eligible for surgery after treatment, with a strong safety profile and no major complications. The Phase 3 ENLIGHTED trial showed a 70% complete response rate in evaluable LG-UTUC patients, with 85.7% maintaining response for at least 12 months. The company plans to submit a new drug application (NDA) for LG-UTUC in 2027 and is exploring commercialization opportunities while continuing clinical development.
