IDE574 shows promise for treating tumors resistant to current therapies, including breast cancers with ESR1 mutations, and may offer better monotherapy efficacy than existing KAT6-selective inhibitors. IDEAYA plans to explore combination treatments with its proprietary pipeline and aims to present further preclinical data at AACR 2026.
