IDEAYA will sponsor the trial while Roche supplies RG6505, with joint oversight from both companies. This collaboration aims to address the high unmet need in PDAC, where up to 40% of tumors show MTAP deletion, potentially improving treatment outcomes for patients lacking targeted options. Future plans include exploring a triple combination therapy involving IDE397, another IDEAYA drug.
