Hut 8 Corp.'s subsidiary Beacon Point DC LLC has priced a $4.25 billion private offering of 6.129% senior secured notes due in 2042. The proceeds will finance the development of a large turnkey data center in Nueces County, Texas, with 352 megawatts of IT capacity, leased to a high-grade tenant. The notes are fully amortizing, secured by the issuer's assets, and non-recourse to Hut 8. The offering targets qualified institutional buyers and is expected to close on June 9, 2026, subject to market conditions.
