Agility Robotics, backed by Humanoid Global, is set to go public in 2026 via a merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI, valuing the company at $2.5 billion and raising over $620 million. The funds will support scaling production of its Digit v5 humanoid robot and expanding commercial deployments. Agility also opened a 60,000 sq ft AI development hub in Fremont, California, to accelerate AI training and software development for Digit, adding nearly 200 jobs.
