Helium One Global Ltd has finalized agreements for its southern Rukwa Helium Project mining licence in Tanzania, marking a key administrative milestone. The licence, held by joint venture Songwe Helium Ltd where Helium One owns 83%, is the first helium licence in Tanzania and covers 480 km², the largest mining licence area awarded in the country. The company has appointed PVE Consulting to lead the farm-out process, seeking industry partners and investment to advance the project, which recently confirmed helium discovery and flow in testing. This development positions Helium One to move towards project development with a suitable partner.
