Headwater Gold acquires large epithermal gold project in Nevada with confirmed gold mineralization.

Headwater Gold Inc. has acquired the Jupiter Project, a 100%-owned, royalty-free, district-scale epithermal gold project in Nye County, Nevada. The project covers about 7,000 acres and features a large, well-preserved hydrothermal system with historical gold mineralization, including drill intercepts of 9.1 meters at 1.1 g/t gold. Previous exploration was limited and fragmented, but Headwater plans systematic exploration including detailed mapping, sampling, and geophysical surveys to define drill targets. This acquisition positions Headwater to explore a significant underexplored gold system in a prolific mining region.
