Eli Lilly's Phase 3b TOGETHER-PsA trial found that combining Taltz (ixekizumab) and Zepbound (tirzepatide) significantly improved disease activity and patient outcomes in adults with active psoriatic arthritis and obesity compared to Taltz alone. The combination met all primary and key secondary endpoints at 36 weeks, showing early and sustained reductions in arthritis symptoms and weight, alongside improvements in fatigue, physical function, and cardiometabolic health. These results suggest a promising integrated treatment approach for patients managing both psoriatic arthritis and obesity, conditions often linked and challenging to treat. Safety profiles were consistent with known effects of each drug, supporting further regulatory discussions and potential clinical adoption.
