GTIS Partners LP has acquired a 116-acre industrial site in Tampa, Florida, to develop the 4Ward Logistics Center, featuring 382,500 square feet of Class A industrial space across two buildings. The site offers prime access to Interstate 4 and Port Tampa Bay, making it attractive for logistics tenants. Delivery is expected in the second half of 2027, and leasing will be managed by JLL. This project is part of GTIS's strategy focusing on smaller industrial properties in strong submarkets and is funded through their Opportunity Zone Fund II, targeting undercapitalized areas in the U.S.
