Global-e acquires US logistics firm Passport to enhance cross-border e-commerce delivery and expand services.

Global-e Online Ltd announced the acquisition of Passport Global Inc, a US-based cross-border e-commerce logistics company, for $350 million plus potential earnouts. This deal aims to strengthen Global-e's logistics capabilities with Passport's asset-light, multi-carrier network, improving cross-border, domestic, and last-mile delivery services. The acquisition will also expand Global-e's offerings to merchant segments needing non-Merchant of Record solutions, enhancing fulfillment, customs brokerage, and returns processes. The transaction is expected to close by early July 2026 and is anticipated to have a neutral to slightly positive impact on Global-e's adjusted EBITDA in the second half of 2026.
