Following the Supreme Court's ruling that some of President Trump's tariffs were unconstitutional, companies like Oshkosh Corporation and Basic Fun have started receiving the first wave of tariff refunds. These refunds cover entries finalized within the past 80 days, with U.S. Customs expecting to pay $35.46 billion on 8.3 million shipments. Logistics firms UPS, FedEx, and DHL are also filing for refunds on behalf of customers. Meanwhile, Trump has expressed opposition to paying back the tariffs, calling the situation "crazy" and stating he will fight the refunds.
