Garmin launches compact marine VHF radios with AIS, noise cancellation, and touchscreen displays.

Garmin introduced the Signal VHF 400 and VHF 220 marine radios, featuring compact designs with 3.5-inch color touchscreens and advanced noise cancellation for clear communication. The VHF 400 includes an integrated Class B AIS transponder for enhanced situational awareness, while both models support digital selective calling for emergency signals. These radios integrate with Garmin chartplotters and offer remote control options, aiming to improve safety and connectivity for boaters. The VHF 220 and RM 100 remote station will be available starting June 1, 2026, with the VHF 400 launching later.
