Frontier Power USA converts 920 MWh battery projects under new strategic framework with Stella Energy.

Frontier Power USA (FPUSA) has exercised its exclusive right to convert four battery energy storage projects developed by Stella Energy Solutions, totaling approximately 230 MW / 920 MWh capacity, onto its platform. These projects will use Eos Energy's long-duration Z3 batteries and mark the first under their strategic partnership to advance over 2 GWh of Stella's projects. FPUSA will fully fund construction equity, with Stella as the execution partner, aiming to deploy American-made long-duration storage in ERCOT. This move is supported by investments from Cerberus Capital, Hudson Bay Capital, and ongoing financing efforts with KKR Capital Markets.
