Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. has signed a non-binding term sheet with VisionWave Holdings, Inc. for a strategic investment and technology integration worth approximately $17.5 million. VisionWave will acquire up to 51% of Foresight's shares, aiming to combine Foresight's advanced 3D perception and sensor technologies with VisionWave's defense and autonomous systems, including UAVs and counter-UAS solutions. The collaboration targets enhanced detection and autonomous capabilities for defense, homeland security, and commercial infrastructure markets. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and definitive agreements expected within 30 days from the term sheet signing on April 19, 2026.
