Fiverr has denied reports claiming it leaked sensitive user data through a publicly accessible Cloudinary storage instance. The report, based on a security researcher’s findings, alleged that invoices, tax forms, IDs, and other private documents were exposed and indexed by Google. Fiverr responded that the shared content was uploaded with user consent as part of normal marketplace activity and is not a security breach. The company also stated it promptly removes content upon request, emphasizing no proactive exposure of private data occurred.
