Photronics, Inc. investors have filed a class action lawsuit alleging the company misled them about its revenue outlook and growth prospects during December 2025 to May 2026. The complaint claims Photronics overstated demand growth and margin improvements while hiding issues like production bottlenecks and high costs. After reporting Q2 2026 results well below expectations and a 11% drop in IC revenue, the stock fell 36.42% in one day. Investors have until September 4, 2026, to join the lawsuit seeking to recover losses from the alleged corporate misrepresentation.
