Evernorth appointed four new directors with expertise in legal, financial, investment, and operational fields to strengthen its board as it advances its planned Nasdaq listing. The new board members include Ripple's Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty, OpenAI Foundation CFO Robert Kaiden, investment expert Ted Janus, and former Genesis Global Trading COO Derar Islim. The company also filed an S-4 registration with the SEC and raised over $1 billion from strategic investors like Ripple and SBI Holdings. These moves aim to enhance governance, transparency, and operational oversight as Evernorth prepares for its U.S. public listing, which remains subject to regulatory approval.
