The Roundhill Investments Memory ETF (DRAM), focused on AI-related memory semiconductor companies, has become the fastest-growing ETF in history by surpassing $10 billion in assets under management within about 30 trading days since its April 2026 launch. This milestone beats the previous record set by BlackRock's Bitcoin Trust. DRAM's share price has risen about 84%, driven by strong demand for memory chips used in AI systems from top holdings like Micron, Samsung, and SK Hynix. While offering concentrated exposure to the AI memory chip segment, the fund carries risks tied to the cyclical nature of the semiconductor industry and potential shifts in AI infrastructure spending.
