
Gilead Sciences has agreed to acquire Tubulis, a German clinical-stage biotech company specializing in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), for $3.15 billion upfront plus up to $1.85 billion in milestone payments. Tubulis' lead drug candidate targets ovarian and lung cancers and is in Phase 1b/2 trials. The acquisition strengthens Gilead's oncology portfolio with Tubulis' innovative ADC platform and pipeline. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2026, with Tubulis continuing as an ADC research hub within Gilead in Munich.
