
E-Power Inc. has signed a $252 million multi-phase agreement with ZL Bio LLC to construct a scalable microgrid in Middletown, California, expanding power capacity from 3 MW to 50 MW to support a 6,000-unit greenhouse facility. The project uses advanced solar, storage, and backup technology with high reliability, including instant grid islanding and intelligent energy management.
