Dow names Karen Carter CEO as Jim Fitterling moves to Executive Chair on July 1, 2026

Dow announced that Jim Fitterling, currently Chair and CEO, will become Executive Chair of the Board starting July 1, 2026. Karen S. Carter, the current Chief Operating Officer, will take over as CEO and join the Board on the same date. Richard Davis will remain as Independent Lead Director.
