DocuSign has introduced a new app for Slackbot that integrates its Intelligent Agreement Management platform directly into Slack conversations. Powered by DocuSign's Iris AI engine and using Model Context Protocol, the app allows teams to access contract insights, automate workflows, and take action on agreements using natural language within Slack. This integration helps sales, legal, procurement, and HR teams manage agreements more efficiently by providing instant answers, automating approvals and signatures, syncing data with Salesforce CRM, and sending proactive notifications about deadlines and renewals. The app is available globally in English through the Slack Marketplace, aiming to reduce manual processes and improve collaboration where work actually happens.
