The shares were originally acquired in 2011 and were a passive investment unrelated to the company's current focus on mineral property exploration and development. The sale was approved by 99.05% of shareholders and awaits final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Additionally, board member Sharyn Alexander resigned, with the company thanking her for her contributions.
