DISA Technologies raises $33M to expand critical mineral processing and uranium recovery tech

DISA Technologies secured $33 million in strategic financing led by Galvanize and supported by BHP Ventures to accelerate its High-Pressure Slurry Ablation (HPSA) technology for critical mineral processing and domestic uranium remediation. The funding will help scale deployment of their technology across mining operations and abandoned uranium mine remediation projects, addressing national supply chain challenges and environmental restoration. DISA has raised $83 million to date and holds a unique NRC license enabling uranium site remediation across the U.S., with projects planned for 2026 including sites on the Navajo Nation. This investment reflects strong confidence from both new and existing investors in DISA's growth and technology potential.
