Cytokinetics to present nine studies on MYQORZO and heart failure at ESC Heart Failure 2026 Congress

Cytokinetics announced nine presentations at the European Society of Cardiology Heart Failure 2026 Congress in Barcelona, focusing mainly on MYQORZO (aficamten), a newly approved treatment for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM). The presentations include a late-breaking science oral session comparing aficamten with metoprolol, and several studies on its effects and safety. MYQORZO reduces cardiac contractility to relieve heart obstruction and is approved in the US, EU, and China.
