Conagra Brands has appointed Amy Held as executive vice president and chief administrative officer, a new role combining oversight of human resources and corporate communications. Held will report directly to CEO John Brase and aims to unify these functions for greater simplicity and accountability. The company also announced the upcoming retirements of Charisse Brock, chief human resources officer, and Jon Harris, chief networking officer. Held brings over 25 years of experience in corporate strategy and transformation, previously holding leadership roles at The Simply Good Foods Company and J.M. Smucker Company. This leadership change is expected to strengthen Conagra's organizational alignment and support its strategic goals.
