AO-252 is a novel oral drug targeting TACC3, often overexpressed in aggressive solid tumors, currently in Phase I trials in the US. Sahin will help guide the drug's development through dose expansion, new formulations, and combination therapy protocols planned for 2026. This move strengthens Coiled's scientific team as it approaches important clinical milestones for AO-252 in prostate and ovarian cancer indications.
