CI Global Asset Management (CI GAM) has completed its acquisition of Invesco's Canadian fund management agreements, adding about C$27 billion in assets under management and raising CI GAM's total to approximately C$175 billion. The deal includes 98 mutual and exchange-traded funds, with Invesco continuing as a sub-advisor for 61 funds managing around C$13 billion. This acquisition strengthens CI GAM's market position and expands its product offerings, including a robust ETF lineup. CI GAM plans to rebrand 37 funds under its own banner by July 31, 2026, enhancing its service to Canadian investors and advisors.
