
Charter Communications has completed a $4.75 billion offering of senior secured notes with varying maturities from 2032 to 2056 and interest rates between 6.05% and 7.85%. This debt issuance will support the company's broadband and connectivity services expansion under its Spectrum brand. The notes were issued at prices close to par and managed by major financial institutions including Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo. This move strengthens Charter's financial position to continue investing in its network and service capabilities across 41 states.
