CAT Strategic Metals Corporation has agreed to acquire the remaining 49% minority interest in its Burntland Porphyry-Skarn Copper-Silver Project in New Brunswick, Canada, bringing its ownership to 100%. The acquisition involves issuing $562,500 in secured promissory notes with 6% interest, payable by March 2028, and is subject to regulatory approval. Full ownership gives CAT complete control over exploration and development, enhancing flexibility for partnerships and maximizing potential gains from the district-scale copper-silver system. The Burntland Project covers 2,781 hectares and has shown promising mineralization with historical and recent exploration activities identifying high-grade copper-silver zones.
