Capital B completed a €15.2 million capital raise by issuing 23 million ABSA units at €0.66 each to global institutional investors, including strategic backers Adam Back and TOBAM. The net proceeds of €14.4 million will be used to acquire 182 additional Bitcoin, increasing the company's potential holdings to 3,125 BTC. Each unit includes four warrants with staggered exercise prices, potentially raising an additional €99.1 million if fully exercised. This funding supports Capital B's strategy to grow Bitcoin holdings per share and strengthen its balance sheet, with shares trading on Euronext Growth Paris.
