Barratt Redrow reported a solid third quarter with a net private reservation rate rising to 0.64 per outlet per week, up from 0.62 last year. Forward sales increased 11.2% to 11,395 homes valued at £3.54 billion, with 94% of the current financial year already forward sold. Despite a drop in home completions compared to last year, the company expects 17,200 to 17,800 completions for the full year and net cash between £550 million and £650 million, better than previous guidance. CEO David Thomas noted strong customer demand and limited near-term impact from the Middle East conflict but highlighted uncertainties around interest rates and build costs beyond 2026.
