Aurora Cannabis has acquired Safari Flower Company, a certified EU GMP cannabis cultivator and manufacturer, for $26.5 million. This acquisition expands Aurora's production capacity in Canada, supporting its supply to key international markets like Germany, Australia, Poland, and the UK. The deal is expected to improve Aurora's financial performance starting fiscal 2027 and strengthen its position in high-margin, regulated medical cannabis markets.
