AT&T announced it will webcast a fireside chat with CEO John Stankey at the 2026 J.P. Morgan Global Technology, Media and Communications Conference on May 19, 2026. The company reaffirmed its 2026 and multi-year financial guidance, including growth in adjusted EBITDA and EPS, increased free cash flow through 2028, and plans to return over $45 billion to shareholders via dividends and share repurchases. AT&T also expects its net debt-to-adjusted EBITDA ratio to return to its target range within about three years after completing its EchoStar transaction.
